The Internet was cut again very early this Tuesday, February 16 in Burma where thousands of people still demonstrated the day before.
The military has published a list of the most wanted people, all famous figures for their fight for democracy.
Among these seven people is also Min Ko Naing, hero of the popular uprising of 1988 who has already spent twenty years in prison.
He took up the torch and, in a video posted on Facebook that was clandestinely filmed, the activist calls for not giving in to the army.

"
We love democracy
" are the words written in yellow on her red bandana.
In a vehicle from which demonstrators can be seen waving signs against the
coup
, Min Ko Naing calls on the Burmese to stand firm.
“
Last night the whole nation was terrified by the simultaneous attacks that have taken place in several parts of the country
,” he said.
It's a trap to trigger our anger
”.
Min Ko Naing, famous symbol of the Burmese resistance, must now hide like six other well-known activists.
Anyone who dares to host them risks prosecution.
But to the
military repression
, Min Ko Naing responds with a call to continue the strike.
“
The campaign of civil disobedience is crucial
,” he continues.
This week will be decisive.
Victory is possible.
We must stay united.
Our revolution must triumph
”.
On these last words of his video posted on Facebook, the historic leader makes the sign of the three fingers, this gesture of resistance borrowed from the film
Hunger Games
, shared by the pro democracy movements in Hong Kong, in Thailand, and now in Burma.
