INTERVIEW

For several weeks, his half-sister's book has been at the origin of an important movement to free speech on a major taboo: incest.

Invited Monday from Europe 1, Alexandre Kouchner, teacher at Sciences Po, and the half-brother of Camille Kouchner who published

La Familia Grande

to denounce the acts of incest of the political scientist Olivier Duhamel on his twin brother, estimated that "this debate had escaped "his family.

"My family lived a tumultuous, painful, trying moment", he confides, while considering that it is no longer a matter of news but of a real debate of society.

"What matters is not only the life of my family, it is that we can finally be up to our Republic," he explains.

"I think we must see that this debate has escaped us. It is no longer about my family, it is about the incetste, its ruptures, its silences. There is a real social debate to have, ”says Alexandre Kouchner.
