A car bomb went off this morning in Mogadishu, Somalia, during security checks at a checkpoint, killing several people, at least 4 according to initial information reported by local media.



The Aamin Ambulance rescue service has already made it known that it is on the spot "to help the victims".




On December 28, the city was the scene of one of the worst massacres in recent years: a car bomb had caused dozens of civilian victims, mainly students. For that massacre President Mohamed Farmajo accused the extremist group Al Shabab linked to Al Qaeda
