Seven young people, four of them minors, have been detained by the
Police
in
Malaga
as alleged perpetrators of the assault on another minor under 16 years of age who suffered a
head injury
for which he had to be admitted to the
ICU
of a hospital.
The attack occurred in the vicinity of a teaching center in the Malaga capital, although the alleged perpetrators do not study in it, the Police reported this Saturday in a statement, which is keeping the investigation open, so it does not rule out further arrests.
The investigation began as a result of the complaint from the victim's family, who explained that the attack occurred on February 5 at noon, when the minor was leaving the institute, when a group of young people was waiting for him in a hostile attitude.
The aggressors inflicted numerous blows on him, causing the victim to lose consciousness and was helped by teachers at the educational center.As a result of the attack, which could be motivated by disagreements of a sentimental nature, the victim suffered a head injury, with prognosis severe clinical.
According to the investigations, during the attack, one of the attackers used a brass knuckles, and also used a knife against a teacher who tried to separate the parties. The investigation has focused on the exhaustive analysis of social networks of the alleged responsible, since none belonged to the educational center, as well as in the testimonies of several witnesses who witnessed the events.
