Dresden (dpa / sn) - In an apartment fire in Dresden, a two-year-old boy was killed on Friday afternoon.
The fire had broken out for a previously unknown cause in an apartment in an apartment building in Dresden-Johannstadt, as the Dresden Police Department announced on Friday evening.
A 36-year-old woman was seriously injured and taken out of an apartment and taken to a hospital.
According to the information, firefighters found the lifeless two-year-old in the same apartment.
The other residents of the house on Marschnerstrasse were taken outside, said a spokesman.
The criminal police have taken over the investigation into the cause of the fire.
