According to him, Washington is "actively talking about Russia's terrible human rights record" and will continue to do so.

"I suspect that you will hear more news regarding appropriate policy responses to violations ... which, as we have seen, emanate from Moscow and occur on Russian soil," RIA Novosti quoted Price as saying.

Earlier it was reported that senators submitted to the US Congress a bill "On holding Russia accountable for malicious activity."

Moscow has repeatedly denied accusations of human rights violations by Washington.
