Wind gusts can be up to 21 m / s and thus break branches and individual trees, and cause problems for vehicles.
In the northern Lapland mountains, the winds are estimated to be between 16 to 21 m / s.
At the same time, it will snow, which creates snow drifts that provide poor visibility.
The Swedish Transport Administration has therefore decided that the mountain road, ie the E10, between Riksgränsen and Björkliden will be closed until 09.00 on Friday morning.
