Initially, those who suffer from fatigue syndrome may have a great need to sleep.

But psychologist Anna Finnes and psychotherapist Giorgio Grossi, who have both researched stress, advise trying to find routines around food and sleep.

It can also help to try to change your mindset.

- Something that many find helpful is to see exhaustion as a journey rather than an enemy to be fought, says Giorgio Grossi in SVT's program Edit.
