President Biden of the United States has announced that he will set up a new special working team within the Pentagon to consider strategies for China, saying that a new strategy is needed to counter China.

President Biden visited the Pentagon for the first time since taking office on the 10th and instructed soldiers and Pentagon officials.

The special working team will propose a new China strategy to Secretary of Defense Austin within the next few months.

He said that it is necessary to strengthen relations with allies such as Japan under the new strategy.
