The Russian Embassy assessed the activity of the US military in the Black Sea

The agency assessed the message of the US Navy's Sixth Fleet on joint military exercises between Washington and Ankara in the Black Sea.

"We call on the military (USA. -

) to stop reckless saber-rattling and go about their business in the territorial waters of the United States," the embassy said on Twitter.

The diplomats noted that "the peace and security of the Black Sea" does not need outside interference.

Earlier, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg said that the alliance has strengthened its presence in the Black Sea in response to Russia's actions in the region.
