Personal status requires proof of a mother’s custody of her two children

The Personal Status Court, in Dibba Al Fujairah, ruled that a (Arab) mother has custody of her two children (11 and 9 years old) and obligated her divorced woman to pay 33 thousand dirhams, while giving her all her rights, including rent, compensation, alimony, alimony and school fees.

In the case papers brought by her client, Hanan Al-Bayadh, the plaintiff requested proof of divorce and custody of the two children (11 and 9 years), custody alimony and a maid's fee of 1500 dirhams, her recruitment fees, the payment of the two children’s tuition fees, and the plaintiff handing over all the identity papers to her two children from their passports and a card ID and health card, in addition to paying for school and computer expenses.

The verdict stated that the court refuses to oblige the defendant to pay the maid’s wages, given the plaintiff’s entitlement to custody wages that do not meet the maid’s wages, and ordered the defendant to pay an amount of 10,000 Egyptian pounds, or its equivalent in Emirati dirhams, as a dowry delay, and 3,000 dirhams for a housing allowance for the plaintiff. For the entire waiting period and 7000 dirhams, the expenses of the funeral, and the plaintiff’s entitlement to custody of the two children with the extension of the age of custody of the child until puberty.

The court also obligated the defendant to pay 1000 dirhams per month to support the two children in custody, and the share of each one of them is 500 dirhams, including food, clothing, medicine and treatment, until the legal imposition on him falls or changed according to a ruling or spending, and the plaintiff is delivered from the date of the judicial claim until the fall Alimony, legally or legally, and the payment of a nursery housing wage allowance of 15,000 dirhams annually, including electricity, water, gas and internet, starting from the date of the judicial claim and obligating him to pay 4,000 dirhams one-time for the housing furnishing fee.

The court obligated the defendant to hand over the original IDs of the two children in custody, the original health cards of their two passports, the family record summary, and an amount of 500 dirhams for each child at each holiday, covering the holiday, and obligated him to pay the school fees for the two children, and for subsequent years, provided that he initiates their registration Early registration, in order to preserve their academic stability at the beginning of each academic year.
