Leonid Volkov put on the interstate wanted list

As reported by Interfax, a petition of the investigating body to choose a preventive measure in the form of detention in absentia was registered.

Earlier, the Investigative Committee said that Volkov was charged in absentia with involving teenagers in illegal rallies.

The Investigative Committee noted that during the investigation, videos were found in which he appeals to minors to participate in unauthorized events.
