The penguin outside the City Hall in central Örebro had received new clothes from an unknown person during the weekend.
With new gloves, a jacket and a mouth guard, the penguin will reflect the famous image of Bernie Sanders during Joe Biden's presidential installation, which has recently become a major internet meme.
The penguin is a work of art by Linnéa Jörpeland and is something of a secret on Stortorget in Örebro where it is hidden next to an electrical cabinet.
The municipality chose to buy it after the open-air exhibition Open Art 2013. Nowadays it is taken about children at the preschool Blåklinten in the district Varberga, but it is not they who have dressed it.
