"Here in the north, the weather has us under control," said a spokeswoman for Deutsche Bahn on Tuesday morning.
Long-distance and regional traffic are affected.
In the morning, there were weather-related delays and train cancellations, especially in regional traffic in Schleswig-Holstein.
Deutsche Bahn advises all travelers to check their connections before their planned departure.
