The Swedish Transport Agency has decided to revoke the ice rink's permit to conduct the training.

Gnesta & Södertälje Halkbana is stated to have not followed the training plan and in addition, students must have been trained by unauthorized staff who lack the right skills.

"Completely wrong"

- It is unfortunate that the Swedish Transport Agency has made this decision.

It is completely wrong and affects our staff and all students who will take the test, says Hanibal Kawmi, the company's CEO.

According to him, the Swedish Transport Agency has complained that a teacher has not completed further training.

- That's not true.

He had worked in another place before and there he did not receive further training.

But when he came to us, he received the education.

Lost name list

The authority's inspections also show that the company reported that 276 students had completed the risk education, but precisely those students have not been registered with the ice rink.

- That's not true either.

These 276 people belonged to one of our five teachers.

I emailed all the names to the Swedish Transport Agency, but the names seem to have disappeared.

I asked to email the names again, but I did not receive it.

The evidence is there, but they refused, says Hanibal Kawmi.

Swedish Transport Agency: Particularly serious

Gunnar Holgersson, section manager at the Swedish Transport Agency.

He says in a press release from the authority:

- It is extra important that high demands are placed on risk education because it is a prerequisite for the student to be able to become a responsible and safe driver.

Therefore, we see the company's shortcomings as particularly serious.

In addition, the educator's actions constitute unhealthy competition towards the educators who follow the rules.
