"Hai Xun 06" has a total length of 128.6 meters, a profile width of 16 meters, a profile depth of 7.9 meters, a design displacement of 5560 tons, a design speed of 20 knots, the ability to sail in an unlimited navigation area, and a cruising range of 10,000 nautical miles, without external supplies. Can cruise law enforcement for 60 days at sea.
The ship started construction in May 2019. It is expected that the Fujian Maritime Safety Administration will be listed by the end of this year to perform water traffic cruise supervision, emergency rescue and other tasks, and participate in national maritime supervision, emergency handling and international maritime exchanges and cooperation according to dispatch.
"Hai Xun 06" is equipped with integrated monitoring systems such as photoelectric tracking, radar telemetry, shore-based information loading, and integrated command information systems such as maritime data centers and multi-link integrated communications. It has maritime traffic safety situation monitoring and early warning and information processing capabilities. It is also equipped with a comprehensive emergency system such as rescue and carrying 200 people overboard and simple medical treatment, medium-sized helicopter landing, external fire fighting and oil spill handling.
The ship can conduct cross-sea cruises under winds of level 12 and level 9 sea conditions, and can complete maritime law enforcement evidence collection and command under level 11 winds and level 7 sea conditions; under level 7 winds and level 5 sea conditions, it can take off and land helicopters or helicopters. Life-saving aid is implemented through life-saving baskets and life-saving climbing nets.
After the "Hai Xun 06" ship is put into use, it will effectively improve the dynamic control and emergency protection level of water traffic in the southeast coastal waters. It will play an important role in ensuring maritime traffic safety, protecting the marine environment, safeguarding national maritime rights and interests, and promoting cross-strait exchanges. effect.
