From 2016 to 2020, prosecutors nationwide approved the arrest of more than 28,000 people.

From 2016 to 2020, procuratorial organs across the country accepted and reviewed more than 21,400 arrests of more than 40,000 people, approved more than 16,300 arrests of more than 28,000 people; reviewed and prosecuted more than 30,000 cases of 65,000 people, and prosecuted more than 23,000 cases of more than 45,000 people.
A total of 817 people were supervised by the public security organs for filing 661 cases; a total of more than 1,300 people were recommended to administrative law enforcement agencies to transfer more than 1,000 cases that constitute crimes.

While performing the function of criminal prosecution of intellectual property, the procuratorial organs pay attention to the comprehensive and coordinated development of the procuratorial function, continuously increase the supervision of intellectual property civil and administrative litigation, supervise and correct correct and incorrect effective judgments, try illegal acts, and execute illegal acts .
From 2016 to 2020, procuratorial organs across the country accepted a total of 495 civil supervision cases involving intellectual property rights and 205 administrative supervision cases.
