Munich (dpa / lby) - The Landtag-FDP increases the pressure on the state government to abolish the nightly exit restrictions.

“We expect the state government to allow the nationwide curfew to expire on February 14th.

Otherwise we will take legal action against this massive restriction of fundamental rights, ”said parliamentary group leader Martin Hagen on Monday in Munich.

The administrative court in Baden-Württemberg had previously overturned the nightly exit restrictions there - the state now only wants to take such measures for corona hotspots.

"The verdict confirms our assessment that general curfews are no longer appropriate in view of the significantly lower number of infections," said Hagen.

"That also applies to Bavaria."

According to the Stuttgart government spokesman Rudi Hoogvliet, Bavaria and Baden-Württemberg had already been in contact at the weekend to jointly consider whether and when the two state-wide regulations could be lifted in lockstep.

In Bavaria, people are no longer allowed outside the door after 9 p.m. without a valid reason, in Baden-Württemberg this is currently still valid from 8 p.m.
