Sangerhausen (dpa) - Because of the significantly lower 7-day incidence value, the 15-kilometer radius for the Mansfeld-Südharz district has been canceled.
A spokeswoman announced on Monday evening.
"The corresponding ordinance of the district has expired today."
This means that the residents of the district are again allowed to move beyond a radius of 15 kilometers.
In the period from February 2 to 6, the 7-day incidence was consistently below the limit of 200 people infected with corona per 100,000 inhabitants.
On February 2, the value was just below: 196. By February 6, it had dropped to 121.
