In Dagestan, the activity of a terrorist cell was stopped

This was reported by the press service of the FSB Directorate for Dagestan.

“The said persons were detained while seizing the cache, which contained IEDs, firearms and ammunition,” the TASS report is quoted as saying.

The FSB added that members of the terrorist cell were planning to commit a series of terrorist crimes, including attempts on the lives of law enforcement officers and civilians.

“Currently, the investigating authorities are deciding the issue of initiating a criminal case against the detainees,” the service said.

In December, the FSB detained supporters of terrorists in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
