Ingredients:

  • 5 eggs

  • 500 g flour

  • a liter of milk 

  • salt

Production : 

1. Beat the eggs with a little lukewarm milk.

Add salt. 

2. Add the flour all at once.

Mix well. 

3. Top up with the slightly warmed milk.

You just have to make your pancakes.
