Berlin (dpa / bb) - Several dozen farmers demonstrated again on tractors in the Berlin government district for a change of course in agricultural policy.

They drove down the Strasse des 17. Juni with posters like "Farmers need a future - now".

One of the farmers distanced himself from a simultaneous demonstration against the state corona measures in front of the Brandenburg Gate because there were expressions of solidarity with the farmers.

The peasant protests in the capital have been going on for almost two weeks.

Farmers are demanding regulations for cost-covering prices for their products and more domestic food in the trade.

Stricter guidelines such as fertilization should be suspended, corona and swine fever aid should flow immediately.

In the past few weeks, farmers had repeatedly blocked the central warehouses of large grocers.

In doing so, they protested against the pricing policy of the supermarkets and discounters.

There are now discussions about this.
