The culprit, who ran away in a car carrying puppies, was caught in less than an hour.

On the 4th of the local time, foreign media such as the US CBS introduced the full story of the recent'dog kidnapping incident' in Portland, Oregon.

Sunny Liston, who runs a pet hotel, left the hotel at around 5 pm on the 2nd in a car to hand over 10 dogs to their owners.

But when he arrived in front of a customer's house and was dropping his dog off, a man got into the empty driver's seat and closed the door.

Startled, Mr. Liston screamed, knocking hard on the driver's door, but the thief drove the car and left.

At that time, there were 12 puppies in the car, including one of Mr. Liston's dog.

"Call the police. The car with the dogs was stolen. Please stop," said Mr. Liston, desperately at the passersby, and the people to help him were closer than expected.

Upon hearing the news of the accident, the dog owners quickly joined forces to find the culprit.

When they discovered that Mr. Liston's wallet and cell phone were left in the car, they used a cell phone location tracking application to locate the perpetrator in real time.

When the escaped killer stopped in a parking lot, a dog owner said, "I'm right near where I live," and immediately got into the car and started.

Soon after arriving at the parking lot, he confirmed that the killer had not yet escaped and blocked the entrance to the parking lot with his car.

When the police, who had been reported, were also dispatched to the scene, the killer left the car and wandered.

The cash and cards in Mr. Liston's wallet were gone, but none of the puppies were safe.

The'kidnapping case' was resolved just 40 minutes after the puppies disappeared.

Mr. Liston said, "There were hundreds of people who heard the news of the accident and offered to help. It's not an exaggeration," he said.

Police are looking for a suspect based on what Mr. Liston described.
