According to TASS, a paddy wagon with Navalny from the Matrosskaya Tishina pre-trial detention center has already arrived at the Babushkinsky court.
The case was opened because of Navalny's comments on the video in which the veteran Ignat Artemenko spoke in support of changes to the Constitution.
