“Therefore, the participation of the United States under the new presidential administration, taking into account certain commitments under the Budapest Memorandum, as well as Poland, which will soon chair the OSCE, may induce Russia to sit down at the negotiating table and negotiate in the interests of peace,” RIA Novosti quoted Reznikov as saying.
