The police preliminary investigation is now complete after the accident in Söråker when a scooter collided with a train at a level crossing and two teenage girls died.
The driver of the scooter and a passenger survived.
The snowmobile driver has now been notified of suspicion of negligence in traffic and causing another person's death.
- The basic crime is negligence in traffic, says Alexandra Bergström, head of the preliminary investigation at the police to radio Västernorrland.
The technical investigations that have been done show that there was nothing wrong with the scooter or the train.
