Amazon e-commerce and cloud computing company revealed the design of its new building in the United States of America, which looked similar to the Malawy minaret in the city of Samarra in central Iraq, which was built during the reign of the Abbasid Caliph "Al-Mutawakkil Allah" in the year 237 AH.

Amazon said that the new building - designed in the shape of the Royal Minaret - will be the company's headquarters in Arlington, Virginia, which is a long-term investment, noting that it will provide 25,000 jobs and invest $ 2.5 billion over the next decade.

Amazon is excited to share the proposed design for the next phase of our Arlington headquarters.

The Helix will be a spiraling vertical forest, connecting employees and the community with nature.

Amazon explained that the design was provided by leading architectural firm NBBJ, which infuses nature into the urban landscape and creates a unique and sustainable environment, where employees can work and innovate for the company's customers.

The new building will be a good place to gather, relax, eat and shop.
