SVT Nyheter Blekinge revealed already in December last year that the two men who are suspected of murdering the 57-year-old with a wrench and then dissecting the body in a home in Karlskrona in interrogation admitted crime.

According to sources with insight into the investigation, both must have admitted that they handled the dead body and then buried it on Varö - both deny having murdered the 57-year-old.

The two suspects' defense lawyers have already confirmed that certain concessions have been made, but prosecutor Anna Johansson has previously refused to comment on SVT's information.

Today she says:

- I do not want to go into details about what emerged in the interrogations, but the concessions that have been made strengthen our picture of what happened, says chamber prosecutor Anna Johansson who leads the preliminary investigation.

Johansson expects to be able to bring charges later this spring.

What remains in the preliminary investigation include some answers from the National Forensic Center (NFC) and completion of various analyzes.
