Inside a large conference room at the nursing home, the assistant nurses Ulla Eriksson, Emelie Nilsson and the unit manager Magdalena Andersson had connected up to attend the meeting.

Also on the link were politicians, other assistant nurses and above all the Minister of Social Affairs Lena Hallengren and the Prime Minister Stefan Löfven.

- It's fun that he cares about us in little Mullsjö, says Emelie Nilsson

- It feels good that they get insight into what they themselves said "reality", says Ulla Eriksson.

The purpose of the meeting was to hear how the vaccination of the staff at the elderly farmer is going, as in some parts of the country there have been doubts among the staff to get vaccinated.

Here, four out of five have been vaccinated

At Margareta's park, about 80 percent of the staff have been vaccinated and the rest are waiting for an appointment, according to unit manager Magdalena Andresson.

- It was obvious to vaccinate me, says Emelie Nilsson

What do you think about the fact that some staff in nursing homes are hesitant?

- I think we have no alternative, the best thing is if everyone gets vaccinated, says Ulla Eriksson.

Can you understand that some hesitate?

- Yes, I can, but I myself choose to be vaccinated.

For me, it's not just about myself but my surroundings as well, she says.

In the clip above, you can see how it went when the staff got to meet the Prime Minister digitally.
