Live.Coronavirus, breaking news
Madrid
,
Asturias
and
Malaga
have been the last provinces to announce changes in their measures to curb the incidence of
Covid
.
Faced with the expansion of the
coronavirus
, the
autonomous communities
do not stop announcing and modifying the
restrictions
in their territory.
In this context, many autonomous governments continue to demand a home confinement or the ability to dictate it as well as the extension of the
curfew
, two possibilities that for now Health rejects.
These are the regulations in force in each autonomous community today.
ANDALUSIA
The
Junta de Andalucía
maintains the measures to restrict mobility and the schedules that were dictated on January 15 after the contagions soared around Christmas.
That is,
non-essential shops and the hotel industry will continue to close their doors at 6:00 p.m.
, except in those municipalities that register a cumulative incidence in the previous 14 days of more than 1,000 cases, where closures are total.
In addition to the business hours limit at 6 p.m. and the perimeter closures, other restrictions are maintained, such as the
prohibition of meeting more than four people
, also in bars and restaurants.
In addition, in the hospitality industry, orders can be collected until 9:30 p.m., ordered by phone until 10:30 p.m. and received at home until 11:30 p.m.
The
curfew
will continue in the same time slot, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m.
The Board will extend from 00:00 hours this Wednesday, February 3, the
perimeter closure to 541 municipalities
of the community with an incidence rate of the coronavirus higher than 500 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, including the eight capitals province.

Likewise, the city of
Malaga
will close its
non-essential activity
from 00:00 on Wednesday by exceeding the incidence rate of covid-19 of 1,000 cases per 100,000 inhabitants in the last 14 days, so that it joins
Almería
, which It was already in this situation, which also enters, among the most populated localities,
Dos Hermanas
, in the province of Seville.
ARAGON
The Government of
Aragon
has tightened the
restrictions
in the city of
Teruel
and in the towns of
Alcañiz
and Calatayud, where the incidence of infections has increased despite the measures adopted such as the perimeter closure.
Therefore, in these three localities the measures are hardened.
Thus, only
outdoor consumption in hospitality
will be allowed
, with a capacity of 50% in terraces, and allowing take away food service, but indoor consumption is prohibited.
In addition,
gyms
and
non-essential activities
are
closed
at 6:00 p.m., Monday to Sunday.
As indicated in a press conference by the Minister of Health, Sira Repollés, except in the three cities mentioned, "the evolution of the weekly incidence has been favorable."
For this reason,
the perimeter closure of the city of Huesca is lifted
and
free movement through the province
will be allowed,
having reduced the accumulated incidence of coronavirus to 190 cases per 100,000 inhabitants.
The Government of
Aragon
has established the perimeter confinement of the three provincial capitals and six municipalities with more than 10,000 inhabitants, the
advance of the curfew at 10 p.m.
, restriction of
meetings to four people
and advance to 18 hours the closing of all non-essential commercial establishments from Friday to Sunday, until February 15.
ASTURIAS
Asturias
has chosen to toughen the measures in
Avilés
,
Corvera
and
Castrillón
, the first municipalities where additional restrictions were applied since January 19 upon reaching a higher risk level called 4+.
These three cities will now proceed to the total closure of the hotel industry - until now it could only be served on terraces - and of shops with more than 300 square meters of surface.
The Asturian government contemplates in its restrictions the
perimeter closures of some municipalities - it
affects 36% of Asturians - and the
closure of the interior of bars and shopping centers
, except for food stores.
The hotel and catering establishments may only serve on terraces.
In addition, the councils with the highest incidence will also see
meetings
limited
to a maximum of four people
, compared to the six allowed so far, and sports activities carried out in closed areas will be restricted.
These measures are in addition to those already in
force for the entire Principality
, such as the
regional perimeter closure
, the closure of the hotel industry and all commerce in the region at 8:00 p.m., the
curfew at 10:00 p.m.
and a maximum of six people at social gatherings.
BALEARICS
The Government of the Balearic Islands decided last Friday, January 29, the extension of level 4 of health alert for
Mallorca
,
Menorca
,
Ibiza
and
Formentera
in light of the evolution of the
Covid-19
pandemic
.
Thus, for another 15 days, bars, restaurants, department stores and gyms will remain closed.
In addition, the meetings will be limited to a single cohabitation group, except in Menorca where they are allowed for six people from two different cohabiting nuclei.

and
Santa María de Cayón
due to the high accumulated incidence of coronavirus, which in the case of the first two stands at a thousand cases per 100,000 inhabitants .
The closure will be for a period of 14 days, although it may be extended or shortened depending on the epidemiological evolution.
Regarding the general situation of the pandemic in Cantabria, the regional government has recognized that, although the community is one of those with the lowest incidence in Spain, the situation is "very serious" and, therefore, it has called the population to do "a kind of confinement."
