On Wednesday, the Public Transport Barometer for 2020 was presented - a report that summarizes and compares satisfaction among Sweden's public transport passengers and the general public.
In the ranking, Kalmar county traffic ranks at the top when it comes to punctuality.
KLT shares the podium together with Blekingetrafiken, Östgötatrafiken and Länstrafiken in Jämtland County.
90 percent of the 2,465 respondents believe that public transport in Kalmar County is punctual.
- It is of course a very positive message from our travelers.
At the same time, we should know that 2020 was a different year for the country's public transport with significantly fewer passengers due to the pandemic and fewer people traveling during peak hours.
It can also be seen in the Public Transport Barometer, says traffic director Christer Holmgren in a press release.
Länstrafiken in Kronoberg is placed in the Public Transport Barometer just above the middle, as 86 per cent of passengers believe that they are satisfied with punctuality.
