The alarm about the first act came at 21.59 on Tuesday night.
A man was found stabbed at Södra hamnen in Uddevalla.
He was taken by ambulance to hospital.
At 22.06 a new alarm came about a knife cutting at Mapenhof.
According to the police, at least two people must have been injured, it is unclear how serious.
Police are currently investigating the first attack as attempted murder and the second as aggravated assault.
