The Liberal Democratic Party and the Komeito Party's election countermeasures chairpersons met on the response of the Hiroshima 3rd district of the House of Representatives, and in the next election, they generally agreed to unify with Saito, the deputy representative of the Komeito Party.

Regarding the Hiroshima 3rd district of the House of Representatives, the Komeito Party has decided to support Deputy Representative Saito in place of former Minister of Justice Kawai, who left the Liberal Democratic Party on charges of violating the Public Offices Election Act.

On the other hand, the Liberal Democratic Party also decided last month that Mr. Rintaro Ishibashi, a member of the prefectural assembly selected by the Hiroshima Prefectural Federation, will be the branch chief, so the ruling party's candidate adjustments continued.

Liberal Democratic Party chairman Yamaguchi and Komeito party chairman Nishida will meet in the Diet on the afternoon of the 2nd, and in the next House of Representatives election, the candidates for the ruling party will be unified with Mr. Saito, and Mr. Ishibashi will be the proportional representative. We generally agreed to run for the election.

The Liberal Democratic Party and the Komeito Party hope to formally agree in the near future after coordinating with their respective local organizations.
