Frankfurt / Main (dpa / lhe) - The police took a man out of an airplane at Frankfurt Airport because he did not want to put on a corona protective mask.
Criminal proceedings were initiated against the 45-year-old.
In addition, the man had to pay around 1000 euros security, as the federal police announced on Tuesday in Frankfurt.
The mask refuser had also instigated a dispute with the crew on Monday before the flight from Frankfurt to Vancouver, Canada and insulted other passengers.
As a result, he was denied promotion.
Since he stayed on board anyway, the crew of the plane called the police.
