The Mossos d'Esquadra arrested a 39-year-old neighbor of Seville, of Spanish nationality, for the crimes of reckless driving, driving without a license due to loss of validity for points and against public health in Mollet del Vallés.
Some traffic officers were going to stop a vehicle traveling on the third lane of the AP-7 motorway on Sunday afternoon, although the other two were free, since the driver was speaking on his mobile.
