Würzburg (dpa / lby) - Second division bottom Würzburger Kickers has signed the Dutch offensive player Rajiv van La Parra.
The 29-year-old is moving to Lower Franconia from the Spanish second division UD Logroñés on a free transfer.
"Rajiv was our dream player to strengthen our offensive," said Sebastian Schuppan, Director of Sport at FC Würzburger Kickers, according to a statement on Monday.
"We are convinced that he will help us immediately with his dynamism and technology."
The Rotterdam native is the half-brother of Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum, according to Kickers.
For FK Roter Stern Belgrade, he played five Champions League games last season.
"I'm looking forward to the 2nd Bundesliga and I want to keep the league with the Kickers," said the professional footballer.
