<Reporter> In

an interview with the NBC for the first time since US Secretary of State Blincoln took office, he reaffirmed his position that the Biden administration is reviewing the overall policy toward North Korea.

When asked whether North Korea should be recognized as a nuclear power, Secretary Blincoln explained that President Biden requested a review of North Korea policy to determine the most effective way to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula.

He said that the means include diplomatic incentives against North Korea as well as the possibility of further sanctions coordinated with allies.

This is in contrast to the immortality of diplomatic conflicts with Russia and China, which have been prioritized in foreign policy.

After the detention of Russia's opposition leader Navalni,

Secretary

Blincoln fired a direct shot against the Russian government's hard-line crackdown on protesters.

/US Secretary of State: The Russian government is making a big mistake.

This is about the corruption of the Russian people and frustration with the politics of thieves.]

It has also made it clear that the Chinese government is responsible for the coronavirus outbreak.

[Blincoln/U.S. Secretary of State: There is no doubt that Corona is in its infancy and even today.

China is far short of the (information disclosure) standards.]

It is interpreted as saying that the US government is reviewing both sticks and carrots to bring North Korea to the denuclearization negotiations rather than expanding the diplomatic front.
