Erfurt (dpa / th) - According to a new vaccination plan from the Ministry of Health, the Free State of Thuringia can expect 38 400 vaccination doses from the manufacturer Astrazeneca in February.
A first delivery with 14,400 vaccination doses is to come on February 7th, a second with 24,000 vaccination doses on February 17th, as can be seen from the vaccination plan, which was announced on Monday after the heads of government of the federal and state governments, including representatives of pharmaceutical companies from was sent to the Thuringian State Chancellery.
In Germany, the Astrazeneca vaccine is so far only intended for people in the highest priority group who are under 65 years of age.
At first it was unclear whether the originally promised Moderna cans would be delivered because there had been no confirmation for the last large partial delivery of 16,800 cans in the last week of February.
