Kiel (dpa / lno) - The number of new corona cases is tending to decline moderately in Schleswig-Holstein.
In the past week, 2344 new infections were counted by Sunday evening, 346 fewer than the week before, according to information from the state government.
On four days the number was below that of the same day of the previous week.
The incidence, i.e. the number of new corona infections per 100,000 inhabitants within one week, was last lower on four days in a row than on the same days the previous week.
In terms of the seven-day incidence, the north moved up again to third place, despite a slight increase on Sunday with 80.1, just ahead of Hamburg (80.5) and after Baden-Württemberg (74.3) and Lower Saxony (75.8 ).
The Pinneberg district had the highest corresponding value in Schleswig-Holstein on Sunday with 157.2.
Lübeck and Flensburg were also above 100. The districts Steinburg, Rendsburg-Eckernförde, Plön and Dithmarschen, which had the lowest incidence at 27.0, were below 50.
