Frankfurt / Karlsruhe (dpa / lhe) - In the case of a contract murder of a Frankfurt businessman, the Federal Court of Justice (BGH) has rejected the defendant's appeal as unfounded.
A review did not find any legal error to the detriment of the man sentenced to life imprisonment by the Frankfurt Regional Court, it said in a statement published by the BGH on Monday.
