Manchester United manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer said the FA Referees Committee informed him of two notable refereeing errors during the 2-1 loss to Sheffield United in the Premier League last week.
Solshire said that an independent report within the evaluation of the Referees Committee indicated that Sheffield's first goal scored by Ken Brian should have been canceled due to a violation of goalkeeper David De Gea.
He added that the goal of "Elmanio" striker Anthony Martial was canceled by the wrong decision.
"I obtained a report on the verdict indicating that two errors had occurred," Solskjaer told a news conference on Monday.
He explained, "They acknowledged that the Sheffield goal should have been canceled and that our goal should have been counted, and this is a big change and we could have gone 1-0 up instead of 1-0 behind, and we could have won the match."
After the defeat at Sheffield, United drew 0-0 with Arsenal at the weekend, leaving Solshire's team 3 points behind leaders Manchester City, who have a game left over.
The "Red Devils" are aspiring to compensation against Southampton at "Old Trafford" on Tuesday, and Solshire hopes that the attackers will regain "luck" in front of goal after failing to score at the Emirates Stadium last Saturday.
"We created enough chances to score, the feeling should be good, and we should breathe deeply and put the ball into the goal," he added.
Solshire confirmed that United will not make any deal in the Mercato winter.
He indicated that center-back Phil Jones - who has not played any games this season - will remain at United with his registration in the Premier League squad and the European list in the second half of the season.
