The job of a police officer is definitely not easy.
Saturday evening, around 6.30 p.m., a patrol is called upon by neighbors to intervene in a heated marital dispute in an apartment in the Eraudière district, north-east of Nantes.
A threatening individual is reported carrying a sword.
On the spot, the police actually discovered a man armed with a sharp sword, reports the national police.
Very angry, he refuses to be questioned and opposes resistance, despite the calls to shout.
An official will ultimately be injured during the intervention.
He suffered from two cuts in the thigh and in the groin causing ten days of total incapacity for work (ITT).
Placed in custody, the aggressor will obviously be prosecuted.
