"The restriction on regular air traffic, which was introduced to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Georgia, will be lifted from February 1 of this year," the country's Civil Aviation Agency said in a statement.

Georgian Economy Minister Natia Turnava told reporters that from February 1, Georgia opens airspace and allows regular flights with all countries. 

Earlier, Deputy Minister of Health of Georgia Tamar Gabunia said that the country in February will receive 29,250 doses of the coronavirus vaccine produced by the American company Pfizer.
