A solemn ceremony of raising the flag on the ship took place at the pier in the center of Sevastopol.
“Congratulations to the personnel on the entry of the ship into the Black Sea Fleet,” said Alexander Vitko, First Deputy Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy.
According to the agency, the ship is equipped with the Kalibr-NK missile system.
Earlier, the frigate of the Russian Black Sea Fleet "Admiral Makarov" conducted exercises.
