Hamburg (dpa / lno) - Hamburger SV wants to defend its table lead in the 2nd Bundesliga today.
In the home game against the first division relegated SC Paderborn, coach Daniel Thioune can also rely on offensive player Sonny Kittel and right-back Jan Gyamerah.
Both players were spared due to the high stress this week in Thursday training, but returned to the field on Friday.
"Both are in the squad and are ready to go," said Thioune.
His colleague Steffen Baumgart can draw on the full staff, but is considering one or two changes at the end of the series of three games in seven days.
