Hamburg (AP) - Hamburger SV has reinforced its top position in the 2nd Bundesliga.
In the home game against SC Paderborn on Saturday, the Hanseatic League deservedly won 3: 1 (2: 1) and now lead the table with 40 points.
Moritz Heyer (8th minute) and Sonny Kittel (22nd / 53rd) scored the goals in the Volksparkstadion for HSV, which remained unbeaten for the ninth time in a row.
Sven Michel (41st) scored for the guests from East Westphalia, who had to admit defeat after four previous games without defeat and thus remain stuck in the middle of the table.
