Munich (dpa) - After speculation about tensions between him and sports director Hasan Salihamidzic, coach Hansi Flick pointed out the main goal of the cooperation at Bayern Munich.
"Ultimately, it's about, we both have the claim that we make the team as successful as possible and of course it is the case that we discuss differently every now and then, that's part of it," said Flick on Saturday after the 4-1 (2 : 1) against TSG 1899 Hoffenheim at Sky.
“But we know exactly what we have in this club and what the club expects from us.
That means that together we will keep this team on the road to success.
That is our job and that is our claim and that we will implement, ”he said.
Sports director Salihamidzic had described the relationship as "completely normal" before the game.
