“We have just left the Department of Internal Affairs under the obligation to appear in court to consider the protocol,” the lawyer said.

Gamazov noted that the protocol was drawn up under Part 8 of Art.

20.2 of the Administrative Code.

The court will consider it on February 3.

Earlier it was reported that Sergei Smirnov, editor-in-chief of Mediazon, was detained in Moscow.

He was taken to the Tver police department of Moscow.
