30 January 2021 The Department of Civil Protection, in agreement with the regions involved - which are responsible for activating the civil protection systems in the areas concerned -, has issued a new warning of adverse weather conditions.
A deep area of low pressure, in transit over our country, will in fact bring in the next few days "scattered to widespread rainfall, including storms, in particular on the central-southern peninsular regions, accompanied by a decisive reinforcement of ventilation from the western quadrants , especially on the Tyrrhenian sectors ".
The weather phenomena, impacting on the various areas of the country, could determine hydrogeological and hydraulic criticalities which are reported, in a national summary, in the National Criticality and Alert Bulletin available on the website of the Civil Protection Department (www.protezionecivile.gov. it), together with the general rules of conduct to be followed in case of bad weather.
The meteorological picture and the critical issues forecast for Italy is updated daily on the basis of new forecasts and the evolution of phenomena.

The phenomena will be accompanied by strong showers, frequent electrical activity, local hailstorms and strong gusts of wind.

Lazio

Abruzzo

Molise
, with gusts of strong storms especially on the Tyrrhenian and Apennine coastal sectors, and on

, especially Tyrrhenian sectors.
Always from the early hours of Sunday, southern winds from strong to gale, with gusts of strong gale, are expected on
Puglia
, especially northern and southern sectors.

, the yellow alert will be on the remaining sectors of Campania and Basilicata, on the Tyrrhenian areas of Calabria, on the North-western areas of Sicily, Puglia, Molise, Abruzzo, Lazio and part of Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna and Tuscany.
