The Saudi state television said that the coalition destroyed a drone loaded with explosives in Yemeni airspace that was launched by the Houthi group towards Saudi Arabia, and the Saudi Press Agency reported that a projectile fired by the Houthis landed near Al Harath General Hospital in Jizan (south of the Kingdom).

The coalition confirmed - according to the Saudi Al-Akhbariya channel - its commitment to destroy the qualitative capabilities of the Houthis, in accordance with international humanitarian law.

The coalition did not specify exactly where the booby trapped drone was launched.

Regarding the fall of the projectile near a hospital, the Civil Defense in Jizan said that the projectile was a "Katyusha" missile that fell in the garden next to the hospital, and its shrapnel was scattered in several different locations, without causing injuries or damage.

In the same context, Houthi media said that aircraft launched raids against Houthi militia sites and vehicles in Sirwah (west of the Ma'rib governorate), and the Yemeni National Army sources said that they had resulted in deaths and injuries among the Houthis and the destruction of their combat vehicles.

Frequently, the Houthis fire ballistic missiles, missiles and explosive drones at Saudi areas, some of which resulted in human and material losses, while the coalition and Saudi air defense intercepted many of them.
